Studiobuild offers many forms of traditional design and construction services. You can hire us as designers, contractors, or custom furniture builders. Our wide range of experience and interest spans many forms of design and construction. We are interested in any project type or scale, no project is too large or too small. We are comfortable working on everything from your entire house, your kitchen, your kitchen table, to your kitchen sink. We like remodels, new construction, furniture design, and

Studiobuild Design Charrette Package
Along with full design/build services Studiobuild also offers an innovative low cost fixed fee consultation package, based on what is typically called a design charette. We have found that many times the traditional design services approach is two expensive for many residential projects. Our goal is to provide a low cost fixed fee design package that will provide clients with an initial design consultation. This allows our clients to study the feasibility of projects without a large financial commitment. Think of it as a low cost way to determine if that project idea of yours is worth pursuing. Our Design Packages are designed to allow clients to select the level of detail in which the consultation will go. Our packages can be used early in the home buying process to determine if planning a future remodel or addition is feasible. Many of our clients are DIY junkies and hire us to provide design consultation for projects that they tackle around the house like landscaping, painting, small remodeling projects. The Design Charette Packages are broken down by project size s,m,l, and xl this size is agreed upon during our initial meeting.

Construction Consultation
Our Construction Packages are designed to allow clients to hire us for our expertise in the field during the home
buying process or during remodeling projects. We are not offering our services in the traditional home inspector role,
we offer them from our design build background. It is a service we offer at an hourly rate to help homeowners think
through the implications involved in construction projects.
