We have been working on the design of an addition / remodel on a  Mid Century Modern post and beam house at Lake Quivera.   It has been a very quick and time consuming process to get this project rolling as fast as possible.  We submitted construction documents for a building permit this week, we’ve been to busy up to this point to do a proper blog post on the project.   We are still unsure if Studiobuild is going to do the actual building this time, we are pricing the project so keep your fingers crossed.     More to come.

A quick view of the house.   Our two story addition is going on the rear of the house, the front elevations are changing slightly with some window and siding modifications.
